Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Alternate ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake uncovered for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
