Japanese Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 box chopped raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and soda
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
