Yorkshire Pudding(A "Must" With Roast Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Gold Medal flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Twenty minutes before roast is done, make a batter by beating all the ingredients together.
    Heat an empty square pan (8 x 8 x 2-inch) in the oven.
    Remove roast.
    Spoon off about 1/2 cup hot drippings.
    Increase oven temperature to 425\u00b0 (hot).
    Return roast to oven.
    Place hot drippings in heated pan.
    Pour in batter. Bake 20 minutes.
    Remove roast and continue baking pudding another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cut pudding in squares and serve immediately. Makes 6 to 9 Yorkshire puddings.
