Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease an 11 x 16-inch pan.
Sift sugar and flour together in large bowl; set aside.
In saucepan, mix oleo, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil; pour over sugar-flour mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well and pour into pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Start icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
