Big Mama'S Brittles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    24 saltine crackers
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. broken walnuts
Preparation
    Line 9 x 12-inch pan with foil.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover bottom with single layer of crackers.
    Heat butter and sugar to boiling.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Pour over crackers.
    Place in oven until crackers rise, about 2 minutes.
    Remove and top with chocolate chips.
    Spread after melting.
    Add nuts to top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
