Bran Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 3/4 c. wheat bran
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except the pecans.
Mix until smooth, then add pecans.
Spoon mixture into cupcake holders.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
