Celia'S Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 c. bread crumbs
3 or 4 lb. haddock
1 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Use 2 containers.
Put your milk in one and bread crumbs in another.
Roll haddock in milk first, then roll haddock in the bread crumbs next.
In bottom of a buttered 9 x 9-inch cake pan, place haddock.
Pour the rest of your butter on the top of your haddock.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until fish is flaky and pulls apart easily with a fork.
