Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 Tbsp. shortening
    buttermilk to make soft dough
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Knead out on floured board. Roll or cut biscuits.
    Place in pan with a little shortening melted in it.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
