Tenderloin Of Pork With Apple-Raisin Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    3 tart apples, sliced
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Season pork with salt, sage and pepper.
    Roast, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes.
