Tangier Island Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream-style corn
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar together.
Add 2 beaten eggs, melted butter, milk and can of corn.
Blend well.
Pour in ungreased casserole baking dish (350\u00b0 for 45 minutes).
