Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
2 sticks oleo
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt oleo in pan, 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch. Mix other ingredients and pour into pan.
Bake until brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
