2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Make batter; add clams.
Dip clams in batter and add to deep fat fryer at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
