Party Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 large white potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water; drain and mash (instant potatoes also work).
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Spread in buttered pan.
    Can also be topped with Cheddar cheese if desired.
    Cover and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
    When ready to use, drizzle melted butter over top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Gravy also goes well on these.
