Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In small saucepan cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Use as a basting sauce for pork, chicken or beef.
    Makes about 1 cup.
