Microwave Fish With Cinnamon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sheephead fish fillets (other fish may be used)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt butter in microwave dish with a cover.
    Mix butter, lemon juice and cinnamon together.
    Baste fillets with mixture in dish. Cook in microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve with long grain rice and cooked vegetables.
