Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (for stew), cut in bite size pieces
    3 carrots, cut in bite size pieces
    4 medium potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
    2 cans beef broth bouillon
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    in
    cooking oil.
    Add beef broth bouillon. Cook on low about 1 hour.
    Add carrots and potatoes and about 2
    cups water.
    Cook on low another hour.
    Add cream of mushroom soup. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
