Alabama Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. corn meal
1 c. sour cream
1 c. canned creamed corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Beat egg until fluffy.
Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased 14 x 10 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
