Tropical Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 oz.) c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger
coconut
Preparation

Combine softened
cream cheese and pineapple; mix well. Add remaining\tingredients;
mix
well.
Chill.
Shape
into ball, slightly
flatten top.
Garnish with coconut if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.
