Ultra Low-Fat Barbecue Burger Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    1/3 c. barbecue sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in
    a large bowl and mix.
    Form into 6 patties and cook in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or grill on outdoor grill. If grilling outdoors, be sure to spray grill with nonstick cooking spray before heating or lighting. Cook over medium to low heat about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serves 6. Contains 1 gram of fat and 123 calories per serving.
