Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. phyllo dough, unthawed
    1 1/2 lb. crisp apples, sliced thin or shaved
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    cinnamon
    1 c. clarified butter
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Unfold the phyllo dough carefully; on wax paper, place 2 to 3 phyllo sheets.
    On these, brush butter, then sprinkle with apples, sugar, cinnamon and bread crumbs.
    On top of this, place more phyllo sheets, butter and repeat the first process; do this 3 times.
    Roll up the sheets with the filling; tuck the ends under. Place in greased pan, seam side down; brush with butter and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Let cool and sprinkle with sugar; serve with ice cream.
