Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 box frozen or 1 (16 oz.) can drained mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Tater Tots
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and season with salt and pepper.
    Drain. Place meat in a baking dish and spread evenly.
    Add mixed vegetables to cover in a layer.
    Dilute soup with water and pour over evenly.
    Put Tater Tots in solid rows across the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
