Scalloped Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 lb. loose sausage
2 Tbsp. water
6 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
Preparation

Combine the
milk,
flour,
onion and celery; toss in a blender for
10 seconds.
Set aside.
Break up the sausage and brown in
a
large\tskillet;
drain
well.\tAdd
2 tablespoons water;
cook
5
minutes
more, then add the first mixture and bring to
a boil.
Put the sliced potatoes in a 3-quart casserole, then add the sausage mixture.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
