Baked Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt
Preparation
    Cook squash.
    Drain and chop.
    Combine squash, crumbs, eggs, milk, salt and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Place in buttered pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Dust with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
