Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 can Hunt's Big John's Beans 'N Fixin's
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 medium green peppers
    ketchup
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef looses redness.
    Drain and stir in Big John's Beans 'N Fixin's and seasonings.
    Cut tops off the peppers and remove membrane and seeds.
    Fill peppers with bean mixture.
    Top with ketchup and cheese.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Cover tightly and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
