Barbecued Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison steaks
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme (if desired)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Tenderize steaks with meat hammer.
(Use meat tenderizer if desired according to directions.)
Brown steaks in frying pan with extra oil as required.
Set in small roasting pan and set aside.
