Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. margarine
8 rounded Tbsp. sugar
16 rounded Tbsp. flour
1 egg
few drops vanilla or almond extract
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Rub in margarine.
Mix in egg and knead well.
Roll 1/2-inch thick.
Prick with a fork and cut into rounds or slices.
