Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry sugar substitute
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 whole eggs
    2 small jars prunes (baby food)
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients
    into
    bowl
    and add oil, eggs and prunes.
    Mix well.\tAdd nuts.
    Bake in a well-greased tube pan at 300\u00b0 until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
