Stuffed Zucchini Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium zucchini
    1 lb. ground meat or turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise; do not cut off ends.
    Parboil until tender; do not overcook. Scrape out pulp of zucchini.
    Put in strainer to drain water.
    Cook meat, onion and garlic.
    Add tomato sauce and strained zucchini pulp.
    Add meat mixture to zucchini boat and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
