Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. hot milk
    dash of salt
    3 eggs
    rind of 1 lemon
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, salt and egg yolks; beat.
    Add juice and rind; stir in milk.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 for a few minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
