Never-Fail Seafood Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 large eggs, separated (room temperature)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 lb. surimi (fish and lobster blend), finely chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously butter 1 or 1 1/2-quart souffle dish or straight-sided casserole; set aside.
