Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. cooked, drained squash
    1/4 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle more grated cheese and cracker crumbs on top, if desired.
