Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans or red kidney beans
    water (acccording to chili seasoning pkg.)
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain grease.
    Put hamburger back into pan. Add chopped onion and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on high for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Let simmer about 15 or 20 more minutes or until onions and pepper are done.
    Put into bowls and top with grated Cheddar cheese, if desired.
