Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. cabbage, shredded
3 Tbsp. salt
3 bell peppers
3 stems celery, chopped
5 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Sprinkle cabbage with salt.
Let stand 1 hour.
Add celery and green pepper.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Drain well.
Combine water, sugar, vinegar, celery and mustard seed.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Mix well.
Cool and put in containers. Seal and freeze.
