Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. Karo syrup and finish filling cup with heavy cream
    2 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and cream to soft ball stage.
    Stir in pecans, vanilla and butter.
    Beat until color lightens.
    Drop spoonfuls on wax paper.
