Stuffed Breast Of Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 half chicken breasts (bone in)
    2 c. prepared dressing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
    2 oz. pimientos
    parsley for garnish
    paprika for garnish
Preparation
    Wash and dry breasts.
    On rib side of breast, open up with knife or fingers to make a pocket.
    Stuff with prepared dressing. Spray a shallow roasting pan with Pam and arrange breasts in single layer.
    In a bowl, mix soups.
    Pour over chicken. Sprinkle chilies and pimientos on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Can be prepared in advance, oven ready.
