Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/3 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine pulp, baking soda, sugar and eggs. Slowly add milk. Add remaining ingredients and beat with mixer until smooth. Slowly add 2 sticks melted butter.
    Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool before removing from pans.
