Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. olive oil (do not substitute)
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 minced cloves garlic
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. Morton salt
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 bay leaf
    1 c. ripe olives, cut in large pieces
    8 oz. pkg. lasagna
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    12 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil; add onion and garlic.
    Cook until transparent.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt and basil and cook until sauce is thickened.
    Stir in olives.
