Jiffy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    24 oz. V-8 juice
    1 c. diced potatoes (precook if desired)
    1 jar baby food carrots
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet (remove excess fat). Add following ingredients: onion, juice, potatoes, carrots and spices and simmer briefly.
