Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sliced yellow squash
    2 chopped onions
    2 sliced carrots
    salt to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton cream
    1 small jar pimento strips
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash, onions and carrots in just
    a little water until tender, then drain thoroughly.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients, except
    stuffing mix and margarine and
    mix
    well.
    Mix stuffing mix and margarine and place half in
    a
    large shallow casserole. Add squash mixture and top
    with
    remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
