Dee'S Sally Lunn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm skim milk
1 Tbsp. dry yeast or 1 pkg. quick-acting yeast
1/2 c. canola oil
1/3 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
6 egg whites
3 1/2 c. unbleached flour
Preparation

Place lukewarm skim milk and yeast in mixing bowl.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir.
Add canola oil, honey, salt and egg whites.
Beat with electric mixer.
Gradually add flour.
If batter is thin, add more flour.
Leave batter in bowl and let double in size.
Pour into buttered 10-inch angel food cake pan.
Let stand about 1 hour or until batter has risen to about 1 inch from top of pan.
Bake about 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until bread is golden brown.
