Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift together dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
    Add yeast to buttermilk and mix with dry ingredients.
    Turn out onto a floured surface.
    Knead and roll out, cut into biscuits.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
