Mexican Puff Ol - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    In bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate, place olives, cheese, chiles and onions. Combine eggs, biscuit mix, milk and seasonings in blender; blend 15 seconds on high. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with salsa or picante sauce, if desired.
