Pittsburgh Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 onions, sliced
    1 lb. Polish sausage (kielbasa)
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Iron City beer
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Saut sliced onions 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add kielbasa and brown (3 to 4 minutes on each side). Add beer; reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 4 to 6.
