Soy "Chicken" And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll Worthington Chic-ketts
    2 qt. water
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. carmel \"chicken\" instant soup mix (vegetarian)
    2 tsp. Morton seasoning blend
    3 stalks celery, chopped (including leaves)
    1 chopped onion
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot (Dutch oven type); bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender, but crisp.
    First, separate Chic-ketts into 1 and 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Tear all small pieces off.
