Marinated Garden Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 large cans LeSueur peas, drained
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
    Bring oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil. While boiling, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add to mixture and store at least overnight. Will keep for 3 to 4 days longer. Serves 6 to 8.
