Crispy Baked Snapper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh snapper fillets
freshly ground pepper
6 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 c. grated medium sharp Cheddar
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grate pepper on fish and arrange on baking sheet.
Melt butter.
Add onion and saute on low heat until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture on fish fillets and bake until fish flakes easily and topping is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
Serves 6 people.
