Ingredients

3 lb. meat (bottom round)
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. liquid smoke
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Cut meat into strips about 1/4-inch thick and 1/2-inch wide. Mix all ingredients in a large container.
Marinate meat in ingredients for 24 hours in a covered container, stirring at least once in the first 8 hours.
Place meat on rack in oven (125\u00b0 to 150\u00b0) and dry 6 to 8 hours.
