Chicken With Olives And Capers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. chicken, preferably cut in small pieces
1 (6 oz.) jar capers, remove liquid
1/2 lb. Sicilian pitted olives, cut in pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. white dry wine
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper as needed
1 c. water, or more if needed
Preparation

Place pieces of chicken in oven pan.
Sprinkle salt and pepper. In a bowl, put minced garlic, olive oil, wine, capers and olives, mixing well.
Pour over chicken.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until tender.
Keep basting with mixture that's in the pan.
Add water as needed.
