Fried Mozzarella Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut
    the cheese into 36 (2/3 inch) cubes.
    Dredge cubes in flour, dip in egg, then roll in crumbs.
    Press crumbs onto cubes lightly, then again, dip in egg and roll in crumbs.
    Let breaded cubes dry on a rack at room temperature 1/2 hour.
