Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. herb seasoned crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Divide the package of crumbs in 2 equal parts, sprinkling 1/2 of the crumbs on bottom of buttered dish. Add squash mixture and use remaining crumbs on top. Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
